If you have been convicted of a Youth / Underage Alcohol violation by the Monroe County Circuit Court and it is your 1st offense, you have the option to complete an Alcohol Assessment to take the violation off your record.  The Alcohol Assessment is conducted by the Coulee Recovery Center in La Crosse.  The assessment includes an hour meeting with a counselor and may result in a recommendation for additional educational sessions.

Appointment Days: Youth Alcohol Assessment Appointments are only scheduled on Wednesday - Friday.

Assessment Fees: $100.00 fee for the initial Alcohol Assessment (credit card payments are subject to transaction fees).

Mandatory Signatures: If you are under the age of 18 at the time of the appointment, a parent/guardian must be present to sign documents.

Successful Completion Documentation: After successfully completing the assessment, the counselor will fax a letter of completion or recommendation of more sessions to the Monroe County Clerk of Court to be filed under your case.
