Question:  When is the Sheriff's Office open?
  Answer:  The Sheriff's Office always has Officers working.  The Sheriff's Office building is open to the public Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, excluding national holidays.

Question:  How do I speak to an Officer if I have a question for one?
  Answer:  Dial (608)269-8712 to speak to a Dispatcher and request to speak to an Officer.

Question:  Do people need to have headlights on if it's raining?
  Answer:   Anytime during hours of darkness or there is limited visibility, which is any time that weather conditions limit visibility such that objects on a highway are not clearly discernible at 500 feet from the front of a vehicle.
