Once you receive your reply email that contains your certificate for completing the class, save it, and then you can apply for your concealed carry permit at https://concealedcarry.doj.wi.gov/ccwonline/steps/startApplication.html.  When going through the process, you can attach the PDF file of your certificate that you saved.
