This program’s purpose is for the Justice Programs office to act as a neutral 3^rd party to help mediate the exchange of essential property between a defendant and their no contact or between the no contact and the defendant.  This is a one time assistance and additional help will need to be completed through civil process.  No appointment is needed, an individual may contact the Justice Programs Office 24/7 either in person (Monroe County Justice Programs/Justice Department) located at 112 S. Court Street Sparta, WI (first floor of the Justice Center), call 608-269-8835, or by jbonds@co.monroe.wi.us
