This program provides services to OWI 4th offenders. Participants of the OWI 4th Program have the following requirements: 

  • Attend the two-night Victim Impact Panel with MCJP or other approved program
  • Comply with random drug testing,
  • Complete a Driver's Safety Plan assessment and successfully discharge from that plan.  
  • Complete 26 Corrective Thinking Classes. 
  • Pay $400 program fee and/or complete Community Service Hours
  • Attend court as scheduled by the OWI 4th program Judge. 

Individuals interested in the OWI 4th Offender Program must attend the program orientation prior to entering their plea.  They can either be completed in person or by video.  To schedule an orientation please contact our main number (608) 269-8835 or email jbonds@co.monroe.wi.us at least 5 business days in advance.
