This program provides services to OWI 3rd offenders. Participants of the OWI 3rd Program have the following requirements:
- Attend the two-night Victim Impact Panel with MCJP or other approved program
- Comply with random drug testing
- Complete a Driver's Safety Plan assessment
- Complete fourteen (14) OWI Education Classes
- Pay $350 program fee and/or complete Community Service Hours
- Attend court as scheduled by the court
Individuals interested in the OWI 3rd Offender Program must attend the program orientation prior to entering their plea. They can either be completed in person or by video.
