CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND STRATEGIC PLAN FEEDBACK SURVEYS

We wish to inform you that our Customer Satisfaction and Strategic Plan Feedback surveys and data collection exercise will begin on Monday, November 20, 2023.

As Monroe County continues to work through the Strategic Plan, we are pleased to announce that we are now offering a customer satisfaction survey, and a Strategic Plan Feedback form on our website.

You’re Important to Us and the center of everything we do. To make sure we’re giving you the best experience possible, we’d like to know how we’re doing and where we need to do better. Please spend a few minutes to share your thoughts with us in the customer satisfaction survey after your visits. The information you give will allow us to continue to better serve you.
