Options for Making Payments:

1. To make a payment mail a check, cashier's check or money order to: WISCTF, Box 74200, Milwaukee, WI 53274-0200. Please put your PIN # on your check to ensure proper credit.

2. Drop off a check or money order at the local agency.  A convenient drop box is located in front of the Justice Center.  (Note: this is a shared box for multiple departments, so please be sure to label envelope "Attn: Child Support")

 3.  Online via Allpaid.  Allpaid (f/k/a GovPay) accepts the following: credit, debit and prepaid debit card brands: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Debit.  Please note that a service fee is charged for the transaction based on a sliding scale.  Transactions are guaranteed, and immediate notification is provided to the local child support agency that the payment has been made.  Click here to pay online now:

 

4. Telephone via Allpaid.  Call 1-888-604-7888.  Higher fees charged for phone payments than for online payments. Pay Location Code: a0041r.  Case Identifier = KIDS PIN (can be found on any correspondence from our agency).

5. Expert Pay - Pay with money transfer from your checking or savings account, $2.50 registration fee, no additional per transaction fee.  Your payment can take up to 7-10 days to reach the Trust Fund and be applied to your case.  Click here to make payment via Expert Pay

6. Money Gram - Receive Code = 14692.  Click here to make payment via MoneyGram

7. Pay-by-Phone - Must complete authorization form prior.  Then call WISCTF at 1-800-991-5530.  Follow the prompts given.

Options for Receiving Payments: 

1. Debit Card - A debit card will automatically be issued when we receive the first payment UNLESS a request for direct deposit is sent to the trust fund before the first payment is received.

2. Direct Deposit to bank account - click here for the form to sign up for direct deposit.

You can sign up to view and print your payment history, update your address and phone number, print payment coupons, and see balances owed.  You are also able to see activity on your case.

Debit Cards:

Important: You must have your current address on file with the Child Support Agency.  When debit cards are renewed/replaced they are sent to the address that the Child Support Agency has on file in their records.  

If you are experiencing problems with your debit card:

You must call Way2Go Debit Card Customer Service at (877) 253-3686 - the Child Support Agency cannot access debit cards.  

When calling the Way2Go customer service, please listen to the prompts carefully. Participants will need to enter requested information. If they do not have the requested information, they will be provided with an option to bypass that step (press # for example). They will then receive further information, but they must listen to the message.

Online R & D Payment Option

Wisconsin Receipt and Disbursement (R&D) fees can now be made electronically through ExpertPay.com (employers and obligors) or the ExpertPay mobile app (obligors only). Follow these steps to get signed up:

  • Visit expertpay.com or download the ExpertPay® app from Apple/iOS or GooglePlay.
  • Register to create an account and add your preferred payment method(s).
  • Add your R&D case by selecting a payment type, selecting “Wisconsin” then selecting “R&D Payment”.
  • Enter your 10-digit PIN for “State Identification Number” and save your case information.
  • Submit your R&D payment in the Payment Center. Payment history can be viewed in both the app and website.
